Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of https://bucharestparty.com/ (“Bucharest Party”, the “Site”) and ticket purchases made through the Site. The Site is operated by STRINGTECH CLOUD SRL, Romania.

By using the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy (including transfers to Stripe for payments and Brevo for transactional email). Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in the Cookie Policy.

1. Service and role of the organiser

Bucharest Party provides a ticketing channel for listed events. The event organiser remains responsible for the event itself (programme, venue, admission rules, safety, cancellations or postponements, and any organiser-specific terms). When you buy a ticket, your relevant details may be shared with the organiser so they can run the event and validate tickets, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

2. Tickets and admission

A ticket is valid only for the event, date, time window, venue or area, and ticket category shown at checkout, subject to reasonable changes communicated by the organiser. You must follow venue rules and lawful instructions from staff or security. Transfer, resale, or refund rules depend on the organiser and the specific event; where nothing else is stated, assume tickets are personal and non-transferable unless the organiser allows otherwise.

3. Prices, orders, and contract

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the Site (typically EUR). The contract for the ticket sale is formed when payment is successfully completed and the order is confirmed in accordance with our technical and payment flow. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of fraud, obvious error, unavailability, or breach of these Terms.

4. Payments (Stripe)

Payments are processed by Stripe. You will be redirected to Stripe Checkout (or a comparable Stripe-hosted flow). Card and payment instrument data are collected and processed by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. By paying, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms for end users. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

5. Communications (Brevo)

We use Brevo to send transactional messages related to your purchase (for example order confirmation and ticket delivery by email), as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Changes, cancellations, and force majeure

Events may be modified, postponed, or cancelled by the organiser or due to force majeure, regulatory requirements, or safety reasons. Remedies (refunds, exchanges, credits) follow applicable law and any organiser policy communicated at or before purchase where required for consumers in Romania or the EU.

7. Consumer information (Romania / EU)

If mandatory consumer rules apply to your purchase, nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under law. For out-of-court dispute resolution, EU consumers may use the EU ODR platform. In Romania, useful references include ANPC, SAL, and related pages linked in our footer.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Site (including attempting to circumvent security, purchase limits, or pricing; scraping in violation of our rights; or using the service for unlawful purposes). We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service or other users.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by mandatory law, our liability arising from these Terms or the Site is limited to direct damages typical and foreseeable for this type of contract, except where limitation is prohibited (for example in case of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health). We are not liable for the organiser’s conduct of the event beyond our reasonable role as a ticketing channel.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence where EU rules require otherwise. Courts of Romania have jurisdiction subject to any mandatory venue rules for consumers.

11. Contact
