Submit a party
We need you to provide enough detail to list or review your event. Send everything in one email to contact@bucharestparty.com (you can reply to your own draft and attach assets if needed). Use the checklist below so nothing important is missing.
Event details (what we store on an event)
- Title: as it should appear publicly.
- Start date & time (timezone or city assumed Bucharest if omitted).
- End date & time: optional but recommended.
- Description: short copy for the listing.
- Music types and vibes: tags (e.g. house, techno; club, rooftop).
- Cover image: URL or attach a file we may host after approval.
- Starting price: from € (helps discovery even for external sales).
- Listing flags: say if you want to request featured or highlighted placement (paid feature; we decide editorially).
Organiser & venue
- Organiser: name; website and Instagram URLs if you have them.
- Venue: name, type (e.g. club, bar), full address, city; GPS coordinates if you have them.
