Submit a party
We need you to provide enough detail to list or review your event. Send everything in one email to contact@bucharestparty.com (you can reply to your own draft and attach assets if needed). Use the checklist below so nothing important is missing.
Event details (what we store on an event)
- Title — as it should appear publicly.
- Start date & time (timezone or city assumed Bucharest if omitted).
- End date & time — optional but recommended.
- Description — short copy for the listing.
- Music types and vibes — tags (e.g. house, techno; club, rooftop).
- City — default Bucharest if not stated.
- Cover image — URL or attach a file we may host after approval.
- Ticketing model — either sell through Bucharest Party (internal tickets with named ticket types, quantities, and prices) or external link (URL + button label, e.g. “Buy tickets”).
- Starting price — from € (helps discovery even for external sales).
- Promo / sale price — optional € if you run a campaign.
- Listing flags — say if you want to request featured or highlighted placement (we decide editorially).
Organiser & venue
- Organiser — name; website and Instagram URLs if you have them.
- Venue — name, type (e.g. club, bar), full address, city; GPS coordinates if you have them.
Selling tickets with Bucharest Party
If you want to sell part or all of your tickets through us, say so clearly in your email. Any price we list must be lower than the same ticket type sold anywhere else on the public internet (other shops, Dice, Eventim, organiser site, etc.). We may ask for a link or screenshot to verify parity before going live.
We do not accept submissions only through this page — email is the handoff. There is no form and we do not store your pitch in a database until an event is created internally.
